The red panda is a solitary, shy and nocturnal animal. It’s also very lazy, spending most of its time feeding and resting in trees, away from predators. Like a cat when it wakes up, the Ginger Panda grooms itself and brushes its tail.

As a result of massive deforestation and poaching, the red panda population has fallen below 10,000 individuals.
98% of its diet consists of bamboo, but it no longer has a sufficiently large area in which to feed.
